Deborah Kolb, PhD, is the former executive director of the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School. Dr. Kolb is a noted author and negotiation expert. She is the Deloitte Ellen Gabriel Professor for Women in Leadership (Emerita) and co-founder of the Ford Foundation funded Center for Gender in Organizations at Simmons College School of Management. She a strategic advisor and mentor to many of today's most successful executive women. Dr. Kolb also served as a faculty research fellow at the Clayman Institute for Gender Research at Stanford University in 2008-2009, and as adjunct faculty at INSEAD.
