1. Service Description

Lyndakade provides online and offline access to educational video courses, learning paths, and related materials.

Some features require a paid subscription or per-course purchase. Prices and package details are shown before checkout.

2. Account and Acceptable Use

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You may not share accounts, resell or redistribute course files, bypass access controls, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

3. Purchases and Subscriptions

Payments are processed through approved Iranian payment gateways. Digital access is granted after successful payment confirmation.

Download subscriptions and online streaming subscriptions have separate limits and expiry rules shown at purchase time.

Refunds follow applicable consumer laws and our support policy; contact support for billing disputes.

4. Intellectual Property

Course videos, subtitles, graphics, and software are protected by copyright. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use purchased content.

Lyndakade branding, app code, and website design remain our property.

5. Mobile Application

The Android app may download courses for offline viewing within the limits of your subscription.

App updates are distributed through official stores (Cafe Bazaar, Myket) or our website; sideloading outside official channels is at your own risk.

Camera permission is used only for QR login; notifications are optional and used for learning reminders.

6. Limitation of Liability

We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
