Course details

AI governance and implementation look different depending on sector, region, and institutional context—and those differences matter for anyone working at the intersection of technology and policy.

This course brings together experts from the United Nations University network and partner institutions to explore what AI looks like in practice, as well as how it’s contributing to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), or Global Goals. Each short, focused segment features practitioners in public policy, digital government, global health, youth research, and development. And each perspective highlights how AI governance and cooperation unfold across borders—from inclusive development and health equity to evidence-based policymaking.
