- What is the exact difference between "Download" and "Online" subscription, and which is better for me?
- The choice depends on your needs: Online (streaming) subscription: For those with fast, stable internet who want to start learning right away. You get unlimited access to the full site archive but cannot save video files to your hard drive. (Only practice files are downloadable.) Download (credit) subscription: For those who want a personal archive or have slow internet. You get a set number of course downloads (e.g. 50). Once you unlock a course with your credits, its download link remains in your panel forever, even after your subscription period ends.
- Can I share my account and use the site at the same time with someone else?
- No. Our security system detects concurrent use of one account on multiple devices or different IPs. If account sharing is detected, the account will be automatically blocked. We aim to offer service at the lowest possible cost, so we ask that each user purchase a separate subscription.
- If I buy a download subscription and don't use all my credits, do I lose them?
- No. Download subscription credits have no expiry date and stay in your account forever. You can use your remaining credits anytime—even months or years later—to unlock and download new courses. This subscription model is designed for users who want to build a personal learning archive gradually, without time pressure.
- Do you offer official invoices or group discounts for organizations?
- Yes. Lyndakade supports business growth. For organizational subscriptions (5+ users) and official invoices for your finance department, please contact our Telegram or email support before purchasing so we can offer you special organizational packages and discounts.
- Do I get an official LinkedIn Learning certificate after completing courses?
- Note that LinkedIn Learning only issues certificates to users with a direct paid subscription (around $30/month) on their official platform. Lyndakade provides access to the educational content and knowledge. We do not issue LinkedIn certificates; the main value is the skills you gain, which you can list on your resume.
- Why are some course subtitles machine-generated and others professionally translated?
- LinkedIn Learning has a very large catalog (thousands of hours). Our approach: Popular and specialist courses: Translated and reviewed by our expert team for the highest quality. Newer or niche courses: We use advanced machine-generated subtitles so you don't have to wait. Each course page clearly states the subtitle type so you can choose with full awareness.
- What is the subtitle format and can I change the font or appearance?
- Lyndakade subtitles are embedded (soft sub) inside the video file; no separate SRT file is needed. They appear automatically when playing with standard players like KMPlayer, PotPlayer and VLC. Because they are soft subtitles (not hardcoded), you can usually change the font, size, color and position in the player's subtitle settings. Support varies by player and version.
- What language are the videos in? Do you have Persian dubbing?
- Most Lyndakade courses are in original (English) audio, and we focus on accurate, clear Persian subtitles so you learn both the skill and the English terminology. A limited number of courses are also available in Persian dubbing, usually for more general or high-demand topics. Each course page clearly states whether it is "Persian dubbed" or "Original audio with Persian subtitles" so you know before choosing.
- I downloaded the files but get an error when extracting the archive.
- This usually happens for two reasons: Incomplete download: The file was not fully downloaded. We recommend using a download manager (e.g. IDM). Outdated WinRAR: If the file seems fine but you get an error, please update WinRAR to the latest version. All our archives include a 5% Recovery Record. In WinRAR, use Tools → Repair Archive to repair the file without re-downloading.
- Persian subtitles show as garbled or boxes on my TV or mobile.
- This is a common encoding issue. Quick fix: Open the subtitle file in Notepad on your PC, use Save As, and at the bottom of the dialog set Encoding to UTF-8 (or ANSI on some older devices), then save. On mobile players: In the subtitle settings (e.g. MX Player), find the Encoding option and set it to Arabic (Windows-1256) or UTF-8.
- Is download traffic from the site counted as half-rate (نیمبها)?
- Yes. Lyndakade servers are hosted in Iranian datacenters. Under local regulations, traffic to domestic sites should be charged at half-rate for ADSL and mobile subscribers. Application of this rule is up to your ISP. Using a VPN while downloading may affect how traffic is billed. (Be sure to turn off your VPN when downloading.)
- I need a specific course that is not on the site. How long until it is added?
- You can copy the course link from LinkedIn Learning and submit it under User panel > Request course. Our content team reviews requests daily. Requested courses are usually ready and published within 24–72 working hours (depending on queue). We notify you by email or SMS when the course is available.
- If a course I already downloaded is updated, do I pay again?
- No. One of Lyndakade's benefits is that if you have unlocked a course (with a download subscription), all future updates to that course—new chapters or revised videos—remain available to you at no extra cost and no additional credit is deducted.
